History & Platforms
Banjo was added in 2019 as part of Emoji 12.0. It has artwork in Twemoji, Google's Noto, Microsoft's Fluent, OpenMoji. Apple, Samsung and WhatsApp draw it in their own styles, which is why the same emoji can look a little different from phone to phone.
