What Cinema Means
People reach for ๐ฆ when they mean camera, film, movie. Searching Snagmoji for any of those words finds it.
Cinema is one of the symbols emoji, alongside ๐ ๐ ๐ โถ๏ธ โฉ and 19 more in the same family.
History & Platforms
Cinema was added in 2010 as part of Unicode 6.0. It has artwork in Twemoji, Google's Noto, Microsoft's Fluent, OpenMoji. Apple, Samsung and WhatsApp draw it in their own styles, which is why the same emoji can look a little different from phone to phone.
