Phoenix was added in 2023 as part of Emoji 15.1. It has artwork in Twemoji, Google's Noto, OpenMoji, but not yet in Microsoft's Fluent. Apple, Samsung and WhatsApp draw it in their own styles, which is why the same emoji can look a little different from phone to phone.
